WATER & HOSE REQUIREMENTS

• WATER IS NOT INCLUDED.
• Customer must provide a working and accessible water source at the event location.
• Customer must provide a garden hose long enough to reach the Dunk Tank setup location.
• Wonderland Rental does not provide, transport, or deliver water.
• Customer is responsible for providing the water required to fill the tank and for maintaining an adequate water level during the rental.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring that filling and draining the Dunk Tank is permitted at the event location.
• A suitable and permitted drainage area must be available for emptying the tank after use.

SITE & SETUP REQUIREMENTS

• Customer must provide a flat, level, firm, and safe setup area.
• The setup area must have sufficient clearance for the complete Dunk Tank, external frame, and target panel.
• A clear and safe throwing area must be maintained in front of the target.
• The setup area must be free from hazards and surrounding or overhead obstructions that could interfere with safe operation.
• The delivery and setup area must be reasonably accessible for the equipment required to transport, install, and remove the Dunk Tank.
• Wonderland Rental reserves the right to determine whether the designated setup location is suitable for safe installation and operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Only one participant is permitted on the Dunk Tank seat at a time.
• Responsible adult supervision is required at all times while the Dunk Tank is in use.
• All participants must follow posted rules and all instructions provided by Wonderland Rental.
• All applicable participant age, height, weight, and other restrictions must be followed.
• Only the provided or approved throwing balls may be used with the target.
• No standing, jumping, climbing, diving, pushing, or horseplay on or around the Dunk Tank, seat, safety cage, or target assembly.
• Participants must enter and exit only as instructed.
• The Dunk Tank, target, safety cage, seat, release mechanism, and supporting components must not be moved, relocated, disconnected, modified, or tampered with after setup.
• Use must stop immediately if any equipment appears damaged, unstable, improperly positioned, or unsafe.
• Use must stop during lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, severe weather, or any other condition that could make operation unsafe.
• Wonderland Rental reserves the right to suspend or discontinue operation when conditions are determined to be unsafe.
• Participants and supervising adults are responsible for following all posted and verbal safety instructions.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer must have the required setup area, accessible water source, and sufficient garden hose available at the event location. Water and water supply equipment are not included with the rental.
